Vario is variation documentation software designed for Victorian residential builders. It turns a short site voice note into a structured draft that the builder reviews before sending to the client.

Our aim is to close the gap between a verbal change and a signed record. Clients can review and sign from a secure SMS link, while the builder retains an audit trail and executed PDF with the project.

Automation assists with capture, not commitment. Scope, estimated cost, and delay remain under builder control, and nothing client-facing is generated until the builder confirms the details.
